 Questionnaire:
1. Tell me about yourself.-Cuéntame sobre ti.
- mi nombre es Yaneth romero, tengo 27 años, vivo en la ciudad de Bogotá, Soy técnica en
auxiliar administrativo, actualmente trabajo como digitadora en una empresa internacional
que custodia documentos bancarios.
My name is Yaneth Romero, I’m 27 years old, I live in Bogotá. I’m an administrative assistant
technician, currently I work as data entry clerk at Iron Mountain which is a multinational
company that keeps safe bank documents.

2. Why should we hire you?-Por qué deberíamos contratarlo o comprar su producto?

Tengo el conocimiento y experiencia para enfrentar el puesto con confianza y las ganas de
superarme, me apasiona esta profesión y estoy decidida a dar lo mejor de mí para hacer el
mejor trabajo.

I’ve got enough knowledge and expertise to affront the job position and the will of
surpassing myself, I like this profession, and I decided to give the best of me to make the
best work.

3.What is your greatest strength?-¿Cuál es tu mayor Fortaleza?

Mi creatividad soy una persona considero que esta es una de mis mayores fortalezas
edemas de que es de gran ayuda a la hora de generar nuevas ideas.
I am a creative person , I think this is one of my greatest strengths, because I think this is a
big help for generating new ideas.

4. What is your greatest weakness?- ¿Cuál es tu mayor debilidad?

Mi mayor debilidad es mi genio, me considero una persona malgeniada y sé que debo
trabajar mucho para mejorarlo.
My greatest weakness is my bad mood, I consider myself a bad tempered person, and I also
know I must work a lot to improve it.
5.Why do you want to work here?- ¿Por qué quiere trabajar aquí?

Su compañía es conocida por hacer grandes productos que ayudan a las personas. Además
de eso, su empresa está presente en nuestra comunidad y tiene una componente social que
muestra un compromiso con la sociedad.

Your company is known for making great products that help people. Besides that, your
company is present in our community and has a social component that shows a
commitment to society.

6.Why did you leave your last job?- ¿Por qué dejaste tu último trabajo?
En la anterior compañía consideraba que como empleado no eran tenidas en cuenta mis
opiniones y necesidades, y la remuneración era muy baja y creo que merezco tener un
mejor empleo con un mejor sueldo y para ello estudio.
In the last Company, I think they never took into account my opinions and my needs, I must
also say that it was a very low salary, I think I deserve a better job with a better salary, and
that’s the reason why I am studying so hard.

7. What is your greatest accomplishment?- Cuál es su mayor logro ?

Pues ciertamente uno de mis mayores logros es mi familia, mi hija es lo mejor que me pudo
regalar la vida.
Well… Certainly one of my biggest achievements is my family, my pretty daughter is the
best gift the life and God gave to me.

8. Describe a difficult work situation and what you did to overcome it- Describe
Una situación laboral difícil y lo que hizo para superarlo.
El antiguo trabajo requería ser una persona muy ágil, era evaluada con indicadores cada dos
horas, fue una situación que requería mucha presión, no dudo que pensé en desistir pero
me aferre a mi familia y busque estrategias para que la actividad que desempeñaba se
hiciera en el menor tiempo posible.
My former job demanded to be a very quick person, I was evaluated with indicators every
two hours, It was a situation that had a lot of pressure. I must admit that I thought many
times to quit, but I clung to my family and looked for strategies to improve my job’s
activities.
9.Where do it. you see yourself in five years? ¿Dónde te ves en cinco años?
En 5 años me veo graduada de ingeniería de sistemas y trabajando para una compañía en
el área de desarrollo de software.

In five years, I see myself graduated from university in software engineering, I also see
myself working at a great company in the software development department.

10.Do you have any questions for me?- ¿Tienes alguna pregunta para mí?
