At the end of every phase, review will be conducted.


Self Review: Review by the owner or developer before giving it to Peer Review
Peer Review: Reviewing of the product or piece of project by the peer colleague
Lead Review: Review of the product by team lead or project lead

Code Migration: Project lead need to approve it or project lead might himself promote to further
databases

Defect Management or Defect Prevention: Monthly gathering of entire team. Discussion focusing on
mainly common or high impact defects ranges to one time or rare defects depending on time.

Artifacts or Outcome of every phase:

1. Analysis:
a. Analysis document
b. Sign off from user
2. Functional Design:
a. Functional specifications document (Func Spec)
b. Sign off from user
3. Technical Design:
a. Technical specification document (Tech Spec)
b. Sign off from user (If required)
4. Coding
a. Program placed in the appropriate library and/or project to be kept in ready state to
migrate
b. Coding Check list
5. Unit Testing
a. Test Case document or Test Plan document
b. Test Results
c. Self Review Check list
6. SIT
a. SIT test plan
b. SIT Test results
c. Sign off
7. UAT
a. UAT Test plan
b. UAT test results
c. Sign off
8. Production move
a. Check list for verification of the project or codes
b. Sign off
