On Win7 x64

1. Install MS Office 2013 or 2016 (64 bit)

2. Install the Net Framework 4.0
3. Disable UAC: Control Panel - User Accounts - Change User Account Control
Settings - Slider to the bottom position (Never notify)
4. Install EPLAN on the C:
5. Copy the license file "SN-U10066.EGF" from the EPLAN P8 folder 2.6 patch Windows
x32x64 to C: \ Users \ General \ EPLAN \ Common
Copy the version.dll file to: C: \ Program Files \ EPLAN \ Platform \ 2.6.3 \ Bin
5.1 Set the file attributes: read only and system (so that the license does not
fly).
6. Remove the driver of the protection key "HL Hasp" via the control panel (Control
Panel -> Uninstall the program) if it is installed !!!
7. Install the new haspdinst.exe driver (see readme.html) (HASPUserSetup.exe)
8. Run 10066.reg and add to the registry
9. Copy all files from the EPLAN folder P8 2.6 patch Windows x32x64 \ Release \
MultiKey64
in Windows / System32. Start the installation of Virtual USB Multikey: right-click
on Windows / System32 / install.cmd and run as administrator.
If everything is correctly done, then in the Device Manager - system devices -
Virtual USB Multikey will appear.
10. Turn on the Windows test mode: Run dseo13b.exe and select "Enable Test Mode".
Exit the program through EXIT.
11. Reboot. Before starting Windows, we press and hold the F8 button. Selecting
Disable mandatory driver signature verification
12. Installing Hardlock drivers: Run dseo13b.exe and select "Sign a system file".
Enter C: \ Windows \ System32 \ Drivers \ multikey.sys.
If everything is done correctly, the SafeNetInc.Hardlock key and SafeNetInc.USB key
appear in the device manager - USB controllers.
Exit the program through EXIT.
13. Reboot.
14. Starting the EPLAN.

We treat on Win8.1 (and 10) x64

1. Install EPLAN.
2. Copy the license file "SN-U10066.EGF" from the folder EPLAN P8 2.6 patch Windows
x32x64 to C: \ Users \ Public \ EPLAN \ Common
Copy the version.dll file to: C: \ Program Files \ EPLAN \ Platform \ 2.6.3 \ Bin
2.1 Set the file attributes: read only and system (so that the license does not
fly).
3. Delete the driver of the protection key "HL Hasp" through the control panel
(Control Panel -> Uninstall the program) (I did not find it on my own at 8.1)
4. Install the new haspdinst.exe driver (see readme.html) (HASPUserSetup.exe)
5. Run 10066.reg and add to the registry
6.1. Run the command prompt as administrator! execute bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON,
without turning off the console, go to the next item
6.2. After entering the test mode, sign muktikey.sys with the dseo13b.exe utility.
6.3. enter "shutdown.exe / r / o / f / t 00", the computer will go into reboot,
then turn on the brain and stamp on the sequence "Action selection-> Diagnostics->
Additional settings-> Download options-> Disable mandatory driver check ".
We press "reboot" (I have not flipped this option, if I have such menus, see
6.3.1).
6.3.1 enter the bootmenupolicy legacy in the admin console "{current}",
bootmenupolicy legacy, reboot and before the start of windows loading violently we

14. Starting the EPLAN.
There is an Internal error when opening projects of older versions. However, if you
open the eplan and wait 5 minutes without doing anything, you will see a message:
Due to a hardware conflict on your system, you can start Eplan with only a limited
capacity Error 4521.
Click Close
Then click Open project and voila! projects of old versions without problems open!
Having found this error, I found the following:
Error 4521.
This message appears, because EPLAN discovered the use of workstations to
circumvent license protection ("hacked", "pirated" licenses).
EPLAN will run on this workstation for only 30 days. (

1. Install EPLAN.
2. Run the command prompt with administrator privileges and register 2 commands in
turn.
bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
Reload.
3. Install HASPUserSetup with administrator rights. Reload.
4. Launch EPLAN2.1 2.3 2.4 2.5 2.6 X64 crack administrator rights. Copy version.dll
to "From: \ Program Files \ EPLAN \ Platform \ 2.6.3 \ Bin". Reload.
5. Go to the device manager, there will be an undefined driver hang, click the
driver update and specify the update path from the Virtual USB Multikey Dongle
64bit driver folder. Reload.
6. Launch EPLAN, select the required license.
