Directions:
● *Put this where you can see it: Hang this on your refrigerator, keep it in your car, wallet, purse, backpack,
and stick to it. Observe and write down how your body feels and changes. I recommend taking progress
photos so that you can track your progress.
● *Do NOT Consume:: Dairy, Alcohol, Juices, Sodas, breaded or fried foods, energy drinks, Processed
Sugars, and Starches (wheat, rye, barley, rice, oatmeal, etc.).
● *Drink these: Unsweetened tea, black coffee, and most importantly, WATER!
