By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

P) Students will be able to demonstrate how to properly perform the sit and reach test by the end of the

C) Students will be able to name the part of the body that the sit and reach test stretches at the closure of
the lesson (National #(S1.E22.4) MACF: 2.2

A) Students will respect others abilities by encouraging and cheering on others 100% of the class

Activity 1:
9 min Fitness Circuit
-There will be four cones
around the gym that have
an exercise written on them
-Cone 1=Sit and Reach
Test
-Cone 2=Cobra Stretch
-Cone 3=River Stretch
-Cone 4=See-Saw

-Students will do 1-2


rounds of the circuit

Farmer and Sheep Tag
-There will be cones going
separating the “farm” and

-The farmers cannot leave
the farm
-the sheep have to try and
