back to your assigned work station which you have abandoned without management
approval since ______________. You are likewise advised to submit a written
explanation on your unauthorized absence and on why you should not be sanctioned
accordingly within 48 hours from your receipt of this letter.

Otherwise, management shall have no other choice but to assume that you have fully
abandoned your work permanently which management reserves the right to proceed
accordingly as per provisions of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
