AFFIDAVIT OF PARAPHERNAL/SOLE EXCLUSIVE

PROPERTY
I, JUANA DE LA CRUZ, Filipino, of legal age, married to JUAN
DE LA CRUZ, and with postal address at Cebu City, after having duly
sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:
1. I married JUAN DE LA CRUZ in 2007. Attached is a photocopy of
our marriage certificate as Annex “A”
2. On 1 November 2008, my father and mother, Sps. JOHN and JANE
DOE both died during a bus accident. Attached is a photocopy of their
Death Certificates as Annex “B” and Annex “C” respectively.
3. When they died they left me a parcel of land designated as Lot 1234,
situated in the Municipality of Busay, Cebu City with an area of 10,000
square meters and covered by TCT 5678. A copy of the title to Lot 1234
is herewith attached as Annex “D”.
4. The abovementioned property do not form part of the absolute
community of property but is my exclusive separate property, having
inherited the same from my deceased parents during my marriage
5. I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and for all legal intents and purposes.
