VELLOPLEX GREASE

VELLOPLEX Lithium base complex Grease specially develops for ball and roller
bearing Lubrication where long life and trouble free performance are the key
requirements. They possess outstanding oxidation and mechanical stability, water
resistance and rust protection properties. Their exceptionally high dropping point
over 260 0 C given them excellent resistance to leakage, dripping & throw off
at elevated operating temperatures. These Grease are suitable for high temperatures
application up to 190 0 C.

VELLOGUARD 07(Moly Grease)

Velloguard 07 Moly Grease represents a new development in long life, high temperature
lubrication.

Velloguard 07 Molyplex Grease is MOS2 containing lithium complex grease designed

with high viscosity mineral oils to withstand water washout and severe working
conditions.

Velloguard 07 also exhibits excellent extreme pressure and anti - wear properties, and
combined with a high dropping point, provides good high temperature properties. This
product has also excellent rust protection properties as well as superior mechanical
stability.

Typical Applications

Velloguard 07 is a multi - functional products that can be used anywhere a long life, high
temperature is required. Some typical applications include disc and drum brake wheel
bearing, all type of anti - friction bearings, joints and shafts, small slow gear units etc.

Velloguard 07 is highly recommended for high temperature ball and roller bearings
lubrication in steel Mill.

Velloguard 07 is typically used in those applications where bearings are exposed to large
amount of water and high shock loads are encountered.

Velloguard 07 is fortified with the optimum level of Molybdenum Di sulphide for better
high load carrying, extreme temperature properties and for added wear protection.

VELLOGUARD 07X

Made from high viscosity base oils formulated with lubricating solids and lithium
complex base grease thickener for exceptional resistance to heat and moisture. Withstand
extended temperature / exposure to 150 0 C and resist dripping at even high temperatures.

Moly dry lubricant solids protect Equipment despite shock loads and boundary
conditions. This grade grease is made in order to have price factor economically but at
the same time this work very well.

Resists water washout and this complex grease is having very high shear stability

VELLOGUARD - G (TEFLON GREASE)

VELLOGUARD - G High temperature, Multi functional “The Trouble Shooter”

Teflon Grease is fortified with fine micronised Teflon with anti corrosion and
Extreme pressure additives with lithium base grease having NLGI - 2 consistencies.

BENIFITS: VELLOGUARD - G deposits a fine protective and lubricating film on

metal part. It is virtually unaffected by corrosive moisture and will not migrate from hot
surfaces. Velloguard - G is water resistant, stable at high temperatures, resist oil
sepration and is chemically and mechanically stable operating temperature range from -
30 c to 240 c in high speed tests Velloguard - G performed better than any other
petroleum oil or grease lubricant.

FEATURES:

MATERIAL AND LABOUR COST DOWN: One application of Velloguard - G will

do the same job as six application of conventional grease.

EQUIPMENT RUNS SMOOTHER AND LONGER: Velloguard - G deposits a fine

protective and lubricating film on the metal that will continue to function even after
grease has extruded away incipient seizure is avoided with use of this grease. High
penetration of our grease will help user for long duration replenishment.

TEMPERATURE/LOAD PROBLEM SOLVER: Micro particles of Teflon suspended

in Velloguard - G ensure continued performance on equipment operating at high loads
and extreme temperatures. Perform excellent at low temperature.

RESISTANT TO WATER AND WEATHER: Provides extended protection against

rust in moist environments and won’t migrate from hot surfaces. A real plus on precision
equipment and heavy machinery.
