Dear SULEIMAN ALI,

As a matter of fact, there are certain rules and regulations to be followed by every Foreign
National Student in order to ensure his/her smooth studies and protection.

Rule No. 1. If any foreign national student wants passport for any valid reason, he/she needs to
very clearly state and explain the reasons behind his/her request for passport. The decision to
return the passport will be at the discretion of the management. The management reserves the
right to reject the request, based on the safety and welfare of the students. The request will be
rejected if the management finds the reasons stated by the student are fraudulent and malicious in
nature.

Rule No. 2. With the genuine interest and notion to protect and safeguard the foreign national
students, the management demands that the students should report to the office before they leave
out of the campus for any shopping or other reasons.

Rule No. 3. It is mandatory that if any student wants to discontinue the course for any reason,
he/she will have to pay the rest of the fee fixed for the entire course. The management, in case of
fee arrears, reserves the right to reject the request for discontinuation.
