Login to Eremit – www.eremit.com.my

1. Login to www.eremit.com.my and login to our online portal
by using your registered email and password.
2. If you forgot your password, please click “Forgot your
password?” and reset a new password.
 Click “Forgot your
password?” to reset a new
password.

How to reset password?

1. Click “Forgot your password?”
2. Please fill required details (Email ID, First Name/Middle
Name/Last Name, ID Type : Passport/MyKad and Security check)
3. Click “Next”.
4. You will receive confirm notification.
 Click “Make Payment”
to perform transaction.

Make Payment (1)

1. Select Your Recipient.
2. Click “Make Payment”.
 Click “Review Payment”
to view the summary of
transaction.

Make Payment (2)

1. Enter the send amount. Payout amount (Recipient currency) will be
calculated by current rate and shown automatically.
2. Choose “Payment Purpose” and ”Source of Funds” and fill
accordingly.
3. Click “Review Payment”.
 Click “Confirm Payment”
to finalize your transaction

Make Payment (3)

1. Please review the payment instruction and Click “Confirm
Payment” to proceed.
 Select your retail bank and
click “Agree and
Continue” to proceed retail
bank login page.

Make Payment (4)

1. Select your retail bank by click the icons. (Bank Islam, CIMB
Clicks, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank2u, Public Bank and RHB)
2. Click “Agree and Continue”
3. Retail Bank Login page will popup. (sample : Maybank2u)

Enter the username and password
for your online banking.

Make Payment (5)

1. Please enter the username and password on your retail bank (ex :
Maybank2u/CIMBClicks).
2. Transaction will take process once valid login credential approved
by your retail banks.
3. TAC number will be sent to your valid contact number.
 Do not close the browser
while transaction is in
progress. (1-3 minutes)

Make Payment (6)

1. Transaction will take process approximately 1-3 minutes depends
on the speed of internet connection.
2. Please do not close the internet browser while transaction in
progress.
3. Select “Click Here to Complete Your Transaction” for
confirmation page.
 You may
download the
receipts of you
transaction.

Make Payment (7)

1. You may download the current transaction receipt.
2. You will receive an e-mail and SMS to your mobile number stating
the status.
3. You may click the “History” to check your transaction status.
