Product analysis and development is a subject that includes the studying and understanding of
product features and various processes involved in the development of that products. The various
stages of PAD are:

• Procurement of the garment

• Analysis of garment

o Dyestuff /print/embroidery analysis

• Fabric sourcing

• Trim sourcing

• Development of specification chart

• Development of flow process chart

• Development of patterns
