Objective

I would like to gain more knowledge and experience in a variety of business positions as I continue my
education with a goal of obtaining a business degree with hopes to open my own non-profit. My goal
provides me with a tremendous amount of drive and initiative, as I see every employment opportunity as a
chance to grow and develop. I am very comfortable working with people of all ages and abilities. I have had
lots of experience with children with disabilities through volunteer work. I am certified in First Aid, CPR,
AED. I am also very comfortable on both PCs and Macs with MLS, Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point,
Quickbooks, and am familiar with InDesign. In every position I have held, I have excelled.

Work Experience

Shift Supervisor, Starbucks; Oceanside, CA — June 2017 –Current

• Began working as a barista to utilize Starbucks’ education program, voted Partner of the Quarter 1st
quarter there, promoted to shift supervisor following quarter.

Cocktail Server, Jimmy O’s; Del Mar, CA — August 2016 –July 2017

• After taking some time off to care for newborn began serving at Jimmy O’s Sports Bar, commute was
too far.

Teacher’s Assistant, Rancho Buena Vista High School; Vista, CA — April 2015-June 2015

• Hired as a substitute Aid for the Vista Unified School District, brought on full time as a teacher’s
assistant for a severely handicapped class at RBV HS, Resigned due to pregnancy.

Vice President & General Manager, Iliac Golf; Carlsbad, CA — July 2013-December 2014

• Hired on as a customer service team member, promoted to Production Manager then to Vice
President all within my 1st year. Managed the budget, managed accounts receivable and payable,
supervised employees, hired new employees, created a new business model, worked with our
venders, and organized/managed our factory.
§ Outfitted PGA professionals such as Jimmy Walker and Graeme McDowell and
worked with some of the top country clubs in the world such as Pine Valley and Castle
Stuart.

Real Estate Agent Assistant, Coldwell Banker Previews; Newport Beach, CA —January 2013- July 2013

• Created reports (such as market analysis, open house reports, and sold comparable reports) organized
files, and marketed. I also organized the work area, created fliers, imputed listings on MLS, and
interacted with potential buyers/sellers.

• During my ex-husband's deployment, I worked as a server, promoted to cocktail server

• A cocktail server, promoted to a trainer, began training for bar tending. I volunteered to plan and
decorate for multiple bar events.

• Hired as an associate, that December promoted to associate trainer, 1 month later promoted to Shift
Supervisor, following March promoted to Training Specialist.
