Baby Shampoo
This formula is made with a very mild shampoo concentrate that when diluted
makes a mild, pearled baby shampoo with low eye irritation scores.

Tetrasodium EDTA)
Quaternium 15 0.2 Preservative
Citric Acid q.s. pH adjust
Sodium Chloride q.s. Viscosity adjust
Fragrance, Dye q.s. Aesthetics

PROCEDURE:
1. Charge water. Add Mackadet EQ-112P and mix until uniform.
2. Add preservative, fragrance, and dye.
3. Adjust pH with Citric acid.
4. Adjust viscosity with Sodium Chloride.
