• Successfully led the P5400 centrifuge gearbox and torque indicator upgrade. As the project engineer/
manager, I was responsible successful completion of every stage of the project.
• Developed Root Cause Failure and Analysis (RCFA) procedure that serves as guide for Reliability and
Maintenance Engineering personnel on trigger criteria, preparation and methodology for conducting RCFA,
implementation of changes, and reporting.
• Facilitated and led Root Cause Failure Analysis on equipment unplanned outages and used the global
reporting format to share the result with the Global REN.
• Collaborated with OEM, Sr. Rotating Equipment Specialist and Machinists on the successful development
and implementation of solutions to correct defects in centrifuge gearbox mounting plate.
• Led Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) for vertical turbine fire water pump.
• Led and participated in Reliability initiatives such as Equipment Criticality Ranking, Reliability Register
and Multi-year Reliability Plan.
• Provided technical support to turnaround by developing and implementing fin fan blade repair procedure,
cost and time savings.
