Admin login
The Login of admin is necessary and mandatory
because without admin attendance system not started.
Teacher login
Without the Login of teacher the teacher not mark
the attendance of the students.
Attendance
Attendance is bigger mandatory part of this project.
Registration
Without Registration the user cannot access the
attendance System.
Reports
Without Reports the decision of attendance relate to
student is not possible.
Course
Without Course Identification is not possible.

Present working system is totally manual. It is time taking
and there is maximum chances of data lose and human errors.
There is difficulties to handle duplication issues. Report creation
is also a difficult process.
In this project we try to overcome all these problems. Proposed
system will make this process easy, efficient and accurate.
That’s why our team chose this project.
Project Description
It’s an online Application System that maintain the
student attendance and generate the report according to
attendance. In this system there are 3 main classes

 Student
Admin have all rights related to student and teacher
attendance but teacher have only mark the student
attendance and student only view the attendance.
Problem to identify and solve
The problem is a lot of paper work and time
consumption when attendance is mark we solve this problem
when we introduce our project. Most of the universities still
use old method to take attendance student by giving
attendance sheet to student and student only needs to sign
that paper. By use this method, many students will cheat by
asking their friends to help them to sign their attendance if
they absent. With this method, lecturers have to analyze and
record the attendance list manually to know who absent and
come to class. If the
Attendance sheet lost, the lecturers have to take attendance
again and this will give opportunity to students to cheat their
attendance. This would impose the lecturer and data that
given also inaccurate.
Limitations
It is online software. Therefore internet services is
necessary for the working of this software. User`s
Registration is necessary to use this software.
unregistered person can`t access this software.
Boundaries
 All updating and deleting rights are reserved
for Admin.
 Teacher can only mark the attendance after
submission of attendance sheet teacher can`t
update it.
 Student only view the attendance.
