 PROFILO
Fondata nel 1923 da Guido Spriano, pioniere della Strumentazione Industriale, SPRIANO® ha iniziato la propria attività
producendo manometri e termometri. Nel 1936 SPRIANO® ha prodotto, per prima in Italia, il regolatore pneumatico
con unità modulante, contribuendo significativamente al progresso tecnico nel settore dell’Automazione e Controllo
per le industrie alimentari, della gomma e delle aziende petrolchimiche. Nel 1970 SPRIANO® ha progettato e realizzato
una nuova linea completa di Valvole di Regolazione con il marchio MEC-RELA®, fornendo così soluzioni complete per
l’Automazione Industriale. Negli anni 80 SPRIANO® ha ampliato la propria competenza dalla Pneumatica all’Elettronica,
sviluppando una linea completa di strumenti analogici a 2 fili ed, in seguito, con la allora innovativa tecnologia a
microprocessore, la trasmissione e regolazione integrata, fornendo così all’utilizzatore industriale nuovi strumenti
di Controllo del Processo. Attualmente SPRIANO® progetta e realizza strumenti per l’indicazione, trasmissione,
regolazione e controllo, nelle modalità pneumatica ed elettronica, che si integrano a formare un’offerta completa, in
grado di fornire soluzioni “chiavi in mano” a diversi settori industriali: Chimico, Petrolchimico, Farmaceutico, Alimentare,
Energetico e Navale. La certificazione del Sistema per la Qualità Aziendale ISO9001 e le certificazioni di prodotto PED ed
ATEX, garantiscono un processo produttivo rispettoso delle sempre più esigenti normative tecniche internazionali. Alla
consolidata presenza sul mercato italiano dei prodotti a marchio SPRIANO®, si affianca una crescente quota di export,
gestita da una qualificata rete internazionale di distributori selezionati e formati presso la Sede Italiana. I prodotti
Spriano sono forniti in leghe standard (Carbon Steel e Stainless Steel) e speciali (Hastelloy, Duplex, Superduplex, Titanio,

PROFILE
Founded in 1923 by Guido Spriano, a pioneer of industrial instrumentation, SPRIANO® began his activity manufacturing
pressure and temperature gauges. In 1936 SPRIANO® has been the first company in Italy to manufacture a modulating
pneumatic controller, contributing a consistent technical improvement to Industrial Automation and Control in the
Rubber, Oil & Gas and Food industries. In 1970 SPRIANO® engineered and started manufacturing a complete line
of Control Valves branded MEC-RELA®, providing effective and efficient solutions for Industrial applications. During
the 80’s, SPRIANO® completed its technological transfer from pneumatics to electronics by developing a complete
line of innovative instruments, the 2-wire system and microprocessor-based electronics with both transmission and
control function, thus providing a complete process monitoring system to the end user. Today SPRIANO® engineers
and manufactures pneumatic and electronic instruments for Automation and Control, which can be system integrated
into turn-key systems for various industrial sectors: Chemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Food, Power and Naval.
ISO9001, ATEX and PED certifications guarantee the products to be compliant with the up-to-date technical standards.
Our consolidated activity in Italy is integrated by a growing export activity in many foreign countries, managed by
an internationally selected and well trained Sales Network. Spriano products are available in standard (Carbon Steel
