Important information 

COPYRIGHT. ​Photographer retains full copyright to all images provided, per U.S.C. Title 17 (U.S.
Copyright Law) and hereby grants the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the
photographs for which the Client pays.

PAYMENT.​ The Client agrees to pay at a rate of​ $85 per hour​ in consideration for the photography
services to be rendered by​ ​⠀⠀ ​. In consideration for this fee, we will devote to cover the event or
occasion of the desired event. The photographer will provide proofs and a lookbook to ______ to review
for final purchase of pictures.

DEPOSIT. ​The Client understands that the deposit will not be refundable if the Client cancels or changes
the engagement. If in any case the photographer loses the pictures, the deposit will be refunded to the
Client. The Deposit may be made right when the contract is signed.

Work Product

1. Proof Photographs shall be delivered to the Client via DropBox, email, or any other specified
online storage system.
2. The Photographer will deliver proofs of photos no more than 2 weeks after the date of the shoot.
3. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs,
including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed. The
photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure
to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.
4. There will be breaks from the shoot for the Photographer that will last for 30 minutes.
5. The Client shall not leave any negative comments online. They shall be discussed with the
Photographer in a professional way.
6. There will be an overtime fee of $95 for each extra hour.
 

The fellow Client and Photographer have understood and completely accepts and agrees 
the terms provided on this contract.
