What does all this mean? The fact that evolution breaks the textbook rules of a theory shows
that it does not qualify as a theory. It can only be considered a hypothesis or a model at best.
The Law of Cause and Effect states that every effect must have a cause. For example if I were
to push over a set of dominoes (cause), then all the dominoes would fall over one after the
other (effect). Evolution states that a mystery original ball of mass suddenly began to expand
forming our universe “The Big Bang.” What they cannot give us is what caused the so-called
original ball of mass to suddenly expand. So what was the cause? They don’t have one. They
have an effect without a cause. This idea is only based on modeling and unverified
assumptions, but is not based on observable science. However the Bible has an answer. In
Colossians 1:16 it states:
Within the Bible we have a miracle maker and he is the first great cause. Evolution requires a
Evolution contradicts
miracle maker but since it is a naturalistic science it cannot have one. Evolution contradicts
the Law of Cause and Effect and Creation agrees with the Law.
The Law of Biogenesis states that life only comes from life. This is considered a natural law of
science because no one ever has observed an exception to this law. What does evolution say?
Evolution states that life arose from non-living chemicals about 3.5 billion years ago. This
obviously has never been observed. Scientists have never been able to demonstrate how amino
acids (the basic building blocks of life) could have assembled together in correct order to make
a single protein useful to life.
What does the Bible say? God a living being created all life.
In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
All things were made by him; and without him nothing was made that was made.
Many people have stated before that “Evolution is science and creation is religion.” I would
have to say NO! to that statement. We have just seen how evolution contradicts two of the
known laws of science. In each case evolution cannot be explained with observable science,
while the Bible can. This makes creation the more scientific model.
• Evolution has no cause for the origin of the universe (What caused the Big Bang)
• Evolution cannot explain the origin of life
• Evolution cannot explain the origin of matter
• Evolution conflicts with known laws of science
