LOCATION AGREEMENT

By signing this agreement the Owner gives Colourbox and/or the Photographers access to the Location on the days
agreed between the Owner and Colourbox and/or the Photographers.

If no written agreement is made regarding consideration for the use of the Location, the Owner shall as sole con-
sideration obtain a right to use the Images for own sales promotion. The Owner may not resell the Images or the
right to use the Images in any context. Colourbox decides exclusively in which format the Images shall be deliv-
ered to the Owner.

The Owner receives through the consideration mentioned above full remuneration for his efforts and expenses
pursuant to this agreement and does not have right to a separate fee or compensation for the use of the Images
by Colourbox or a third party.

The Owner accepts that Colourbox maintains all rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights and other intellec-
tual property rights to the Images and the Owner renounces all potential rights to the Images.

Colourbox and/or third parties have the right to make use of the Images for any purpose and in any format, pro-
portion and context including, but not limited to, advertising, commercial purposes, non-commercial purposes, in
digital format and in paper format, in original form and in cropped and/or edited form and with other Images. The
Owner is therefore in no position to reject, prevent or in any other way limit the use of the Images by Colourbox or
a third party. Unless agreed in writing the Owner will not be named in connection with the showing or other use of
the Images.

The Agreement can be terminated by each party with 2 (two) weeks written notice to the other party. If the
Agreement is terminated before the conclusion of a shoot, the Owner is not entitled to consideration of any kind,
regardless of which party terminated the Agreement. Termination after a shoot does not affect the rights of Col-
ourbox to the Images as stated above.

Any dispute regarding this release shall be decided by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen in ac-
cordance with Danish law.

Definitions:
"Images" means all Images, films or recordings taken at the Location in connection with this agreement.
"Location" means the location specified below.
"Owner" mean the owner of the Location.
"Photographers" means the Photographers engaged by Colourbox to the shoots governed by the agreement.
