I am interested in the Pool Operations Management position at Hurstbourne Country Club, as advertised on
Indeed.com. Pool Operations management is a passion of mine because I enjoy training and working
alongside the lifeguard and snack bar staff. I am employed as a nanny on Lookout Mountain. I believe that
the skills and experiences I have gained from my previous management position make me an ideal candidate
for the job as Pool Operations Manager.
As Pool Operations Manager, I developed strong skills in Production and Quality Assurance in both
Foodservice and Pool operations. I am skilled in setup, operation, & troubleshooting of maintenance of
various automated machines, food service equipment, and pool machines. In my previous position, I was
responsible to ensure departments operated consistently and produced quality food. I exceeded production
rates by reducing waste and maintaining cooking line speed. I maintained high quality by ensuring food
service machines and areas were cleaned properly & trained employees on maintenance for all machines in
their specified work areas. I was responsible to work directly with vendors to ensure high quality and
performance standards were met.
I am eager to learn more about management, and spend my time learning more to become more
knowledgeable. I would love to bring my passion for management to your country club. I believe that my
experience in management and skills in pool facilities would qualify me for consideration. I have enclosed my
resume. I hope to meet with you and discuss my qualifications in detail.
Sincerely,
Baylee Seifert
