Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague):

Observing Latefa’s lesson was enjoyable. Her class was student-centered and there was a time where it
was teacher-centered. Latefa was overwhelmed whan I came to the observe her. After the end of the
lesson, I sat with Latefa and discussed what went well and what needs improvement, she accepted every
comment that I gave it to her. Her lesson was fine and was going smoothly, however I told her a
suggestion which is that, she have to sum up the lesson before sending the students off. This was a good
opportunity for sharing opinions and learn from each other for further development.
