Sub: Regarding execution of Energy Purchase Agreement.

Ref: Y. O. L. No. 251 & 641 dated 25.11.2017 & 11.12.2017.

Dear Sir,

This has reference to your letter dated 25.11.2017 & 11.12.2017 regarding execution of Energy

Purchase Agreement (EPA) with MSEDCL for sale of surplus power generated from your 30 MW
baggasse based co-generation plant located at Ajp Chimangaon, Tal. Koregaon, Dist. Satara.

In this regard, it is to inform that MSEDCL has already fulfilled 2000 MW capacity target under GoM
Policy and henceforth MSEDCL shall procure baggasse based co-generation power through
competitive bidding process only.

Accordingly, MSEDCL has floated tender for competitive bidding with e-reverse auction. The details

of the tender are available on MSEDCL website. MSEDCL shall execute EPA only with the bidder
selected in this tendering process

In view of above, your application for execution of EPA cannot be processed and you are
requested to participate in the MSEDCL's competitive bidding tender process for execution of EPA.
