Wharton-Smith, Inc. is a leading general contractor and
construction company across the South East.
 Head of recruiting for the company.
 In charge of all of the new hire onboarding ranging from new
hire tracking, orientations, paperwork, to employee entry.
 In charge of the internship program, the recognition program,
and employee database entry.
 Put on the State of the Business meeting (300+ attendees)

 Helped implement our newest training system, as well as
