UNIT OBJECTIVE: At the end of this unit students will be able to describe the function of human body parts (brain, heart,
lungs, stomach, muscles, and skeleton) and their basic functions.
CONCEPTUAL CONTENT
Heart
PROCEDURAL CONTENT:
Being responsible with the assigned tasks in the different class’ activities.
Being aware of the function of the human body parts.
Getting involved in the class’ discussion of the topics.
ACHIEVEMENT INDICATORS:
SC.2.N.1.1 raise questions about the natural world, investigate them in teams through free explorations systematic
observations, and generate appropriate explanations based on those explorations.
