Dear respondents, the aim of this questioner is to obtain necessary data for a
BSc thesis conducted by the AAU-EiABC students in the academic year of 2107-18. The
research is on the ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY CONTROL MECHANISMS IN REAL
ESTATE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION IN ADDIS ABABA, ETHIOPIA. Through this
questioner we will be able to obtain data on mechanisms used to control the quality of
construction building, factors affecting the process and how to improve the process in
the real estate building construction of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
