The "LLC audits" sheet is the page where you have to put the data, filling only the yellow cells

LLC Stability Audits

Please follow next steps to use this file:

1st step: Fulfil the LLC number (same as incident notified through IMS Portal)
2nd step: Chose the application date of the LLC (date of CA validation through IMS)
3rd step: Select the LLC applicable relative to the claim: Occurrence, Non Detection, Management
4th step: Initialize the audit planning by clicking on the "Launch" button
5ft step: For each audit planned (yellow column) indicate if the item is OK, NOK or NA

Due date: to submit the LLC Audit (after 4 consecutive of OK results) after CA validation through IMS Portal
