regulation/order/code as amended and applicable from time to time subject to terms and conditions enclosed along with.

10 Remark STOA permission is granted for scheduling power on RTC basis, Without Prejudice, subject to final order of Hon.
MERC in case no.62 & 76 of 2017.Total Power flow shall be restricted to the technical/metering constraint.
Note:- As per Maharashtra Electricity Duty Act. 2016 published on 8th Aug 2016 and GoM Notification dt. 31.08.2016 the Electricity Duty is liveable on Open Access
Consumption for self use as well as on the energy supply to other person or persons. As such it may be noted that the Electricity duty will be levied to all open access consumers
as per the rates notified by the GoM wef 1st Sept 2016.
