What is EDUsolutions?
EDUsolutions is a painstakingly developed Online [Web-Based] School Management Software that
automates school's diverse operations anytime anywhere.
EDUsolutions Web Application was developed by team of ZCE (Zend Certified Engineers) using
the latest Zend framework

How will EDUsolutions support my unique educational system?

EDUsolutions is able to support different kinds of educational systems. Grading criteria, class levels,
reports cards, are all customizable within minutes.

What kind of software or Device do I require to run EDUsolutions?

All you need is a Web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer with a
computer system, mobile device or a Tablet computer and a moderate level internet access.

Can I install EDUsolutions on my own server?

We currently only provide an online [Cloud] version of our software. In this way, we're able to guarantee
availability of our server, provide support to all users, provide continuous upgrades in an efficient manner,
as well as protect our intellectual property.

Do you offer support to clients?

Our technical support team will assist with any technical problems you may face. Support is provided
throughout the week by email (support@edusolutionsonline.us), phone (+2348068373182) as well as live
chat anytime during weekdays.

Does EDUSolutions offer training services?

Our interface is easy to understand from the start. However, we offer startup training for school admin on
deployment. If you encounter problems after the initial training, you have access to our support personnel
who are always happy to assist you.

How do you ensure continuous availability of the EDUSolutions [cloud] application?

We ensure that you have 99% uptime. To deliver this level of reliability, we host our application on world-
class data centers. These are the same data centers that carry traffic for first class international
organizations world over.

Does EDUSolutions offer custom software development?

We provide upgrades and enhancements based on demand. So let us know what your needs are, if there
is a demand for it, it will be included in our upgrade.
Note: if a specific School needs an urgent custom development (which is out of the scope of EDUsolutions
system) before a new edition release, we can do so upon negotiation.

Are there hidden fees I should know about?

Everything is included in the EDUSolutions SaaS (Software as a Service) Maintenance cost, including
access to 24-hours support, maintenance update, new feature upgrade, dedicated server hosting, Daily
Data Backup & Enterprise domain name, Bulk SMS units, Pin Generation, e-Library access & lots more.

Who will provide supporting infrastructure?

Supporting infrastructure like internet access, Computer & peripherals (Computer system, printer,
Scanner, Laminator etc) CCTV equipment will be provided by the client.

Can EDUSolutions also serve as my school’s website?

Coupled with the automation activities, EDUSolutions also comes preloaded with all features of a standard
website that showcase school’s facilities and information to millions of local & global audience.

UNIQUE RESULT COLLATION METHODS

Collate results on EDUSolutions using 2 distinct & unique collation methods

(depending on speed, comprehensiveness, completeness & all-inclusiveness)

1. Subject-specific Bulk collation*: Subject teachers are given subject-specific privilege to compute subject scores for all
students in a selected class and class arm (fig A).
Access/privilege is set for Bulk collation using Teacher's subject access level (fig E)
* Bulk collation option is also applicable to comments (fig C), behavioral & psychomotor assessment computation (fig C).

2. Student specific Result collation (see fig D) : Student specific collation is an All-in-One collation system for all subjects'
performance, student's assessments, administrators comment and the "Lock result" option (i.e. all subject scores will be
recorded for a particular student at once, with comment & all the behavioral & psychomotor assessments also recorded in the
same single compilation process). The above process would have been done separately yet speedily (with different access level
on subject, assessment and comment) if the bulk collation system was used.

BUSINESS TERMS
DELIVERY: 7 working days (after payment confirmation).
TAX: 5% VAT payable on all charges.

SERVICES:
1. EDUSolutions system development is a One-off payment.
2. Extra SMS units (outside the allotted units per session) is billable at N3 per unit
3. Contracts are based on a minimum of Three (3) Academic sessions.
4. EDUSolutions SaaS maintenance fee is recurrent.
5. 3rd Party Server infrastructure is now captured in termly maintenance fee.
6. EDUSolutions system usage Training Services after the initial (free) Training is billable.
7. JIT has the right to add, remove, update & upgrade the content of e-library as need arises.
