On the following pages you will find the greasing schedule of the pipe profiling machine. The following
grease types will be used:

I Hotemp 2000 spray

II Microlube GL 261 spray
III Microlube GL 261 grease
IV Stabutherm GH 461
V Hydro oil 46
VI Glygoyle 30

These products are especially chosen for the maintanance of the pipe profiling machine. These
products can not be replaced by other products. Please contact HGG Profiling Equipment BV if you
have problems in ordering these products as described above.
2 MAIN DRIVE UNIT

2.1 Pump new grease into the 3 nipples at the front of the 3 IV 500 3 months

2.2 Remove the claws, clean and put on new grease 3 IV 500 3 months
2.3 Remove current collector, clean and put on new 1 IV 100 2 weeks

2.4 Open cover and put new grease on pinion and spiral 1 IV 1000 6 months
plate, rotate spiral plate by opening chuck
2.5 Change the oil of the main drive unit gearbox 1 VI 8000 4 years
2.6 Clean and grease the vertical rails 2 III 50 1 week
2.7 Pump new grease into the vertical sliders 4 III 500 3 months
