INTRODUCTION

The proponents have chosen the name Bahay Bahayan for the

company. The proponents have envisioned this Cafe to be a very

relaxing and conductive place of self-learning and review.

The business will be located at the Bohemian Cafe at Session

Road, Baguio City. The site was chosen because of the fact that

it is accessible for the target customers since it is area in

which is very accessible.

Bahay Bahayan is the coolest cafe to hit this town. The

good ambiance and the relaxing environment is the perfect place

for students and young adults to come and study or work. The

business also has a variety of beverages for those who want taste

a little bit of everything. The business will operate from

10:00am to 2:00am during Monday to Saturday.

MARKETING ASPECT

This is the major consideration in the proposal wherein

actual needs, wants, demands and expectations of the target

customers are determined.

This section talks about the way on how to market the business

and to satisfy the customer needs at a maximum profit. Also shows

demand and supply analysis and relationship, promotion, location,

the proposed business, pricing, and other related marketing

aspect. Marketing is a very important aspect in business since it

contributes greatly to the success of the organization. The

target market of the proposed business is young professionals

ages 16 to 60 residing in Baguio City. The business is open for

all who are interested to experience a different and fun

activities.

MANAGEMENT ASPECT

The proponents decided to engage in general partnership

because of its advantages such as two heads or more and more

capital is available for the business. Licenses are also included

in the management aspect. The proponents secure their licenses in

the City Hall of Baguio City. It was registered also in the

necessary departments such as BIR and DTI for its legality. The

business employees will be properly compensated.

TECHNICAL ASPECT

The proposed business will be located at Session Road,

Baguio City. It is the center of an area where the target market

is found.

FINANCIAL ASPECT

The financial aspect helps to determine the viability of

the proposed project. The partners will contribute four hundred

thousand pesos (400,000.00) in total as starting capital. These

funds will be used in purchasing of machines and equipment and

construction of the stall. Financial statements are also being

done to determine the profitability of the business, financial

ratio analysis will also show the payback period of the business

and its projected profit.

Socio-Economic Aspect

Every business has the primary purpose of obtaining profit

from their Economic endeavors. And since the proposed project

will be operating in a social environment, Bahay Bahayan will

contribute to the advancement of the city by providing and by

contributing wealth to it. With properly utilized and well-

maintained facilities and equipment’s, the city would actually

benefit from the addition of a new business in its surrounding

area.
