GENERALI
Avvertenze
La perfetta conoscenza dei principi operativi e di
servizio presentati in questo libretto sono essenziali
per l'uso sicuro e corretto della macchina Si può
trarre il massimo vantaggio dalla fase di installazione
fino a tutto il training se gli operatori hanno letto
attentamente questo manuale prima dell'arrivo dei
tecnici
Si prega di specificare il modello e il numero di serie
della macchina in ogni corrispondenza che si riferisce
a questa macchina.
In caso di problemi riguardanti il funzionamento non
esitate a contattare direttamente la ditta: uno staff di
nostri Tecnici e a vostra disposizione per risolvere i
problemi relativi al servizio e alla produzione che
possono eventualmente insorgere.
1. Tutti gli operatori devono leggere e capire
completamente il manuale prima di usare la
macchina.
Se anche solo una parte dì questo manuale non e
chiara, contattate il produttore per ottenere
informazioni relative alla macchina
2. Non permettete a personale inesperto di operare
impropriamente con questa macchina.
3. Non operate sotto l'influenza di alcool, droghe, o
formaci che possono alterare la percezione fisica
4. Tutti gli operatori della macchina devono indossare
gli appositi abiti e gli occhiali di protezione.
5. L'installazione elettrica, così come ogni operazione
di manutenzione, devono essere effettuate solo
da elettricisti esperti al fine di evitare danni
materiali a cose o persone.
6. L'installazione elettrica deve essere conforme alle
leggi vigenti nel paese dove la macchina viene
venduta.
7. Staccate la corrente elettrica prima di aprire la
porta o rimuovere il coperchio.
8. Evitate il contatto con ogni parte rotante o
appuntita della macchina.
9. Tenete i capelli e ogni altra parte del corpo lontana
dalle parti rotanti, cinghie e Ingranaggi.
10. Non lasciate mai la macchina incustodita.

1.0 PRECAUTIONS
1.1 Precautions
The perfect knowledge of the operating and presented

technicians.

1. All operators should read and understand the

2. Never allow unskilled or improperly trained
personnel to operate this equipment.
3. Do not operate this equipment under the influence
of alcohol, drugs, or medication which may alter
judgement or physical performance.
4. All machine operators should wear proper clothing
and eye protection .
5. All electrical installation and maintenance should be
performed by a licensed electrician only. Use of
unqualified personnel to perform electrical
maintenance may result in unsafe conditions causing
personal injury.
6. Electrical installation must conform to all national
electrical codes as well as any state and local codes
governing this machine.
7. Turn off and lock out electrical power before
opening door or removing cover.
8. Avoid any contact with any rotating or sharp parts.
9. Keep hair and body parts out of rotating parts, belts
and gearing.
10. Do never let unguarded the machine.

disponibili presso il costruttore.
17. Non prestare la dovuta attenzione a queste
avvertenze può essere di danno alla macchina, o
può provocare danni a persone e incidenti gravi.

DISPOSITIVI DI SICUREZZA
La macchina é stata progettata per rendere minime le
possibilità di danni all’operatore.
La velocità di lavoro dell’utensile é tale da non creare
rischi apprezzabili pertanto non si é ritenuto
necessario progettare un riparo fisso che renderebbe
difficile un corretto utilizzo della macchina ed un
adeguato controllo sulle lavorazioni.
Un pulsante di arresto di emergenza a fungo rosso
cerchiato di giallo é posto sul pannello dei comandi
ed é facilmente azionabile dalla postazione di lavoro.
RISCHI RESIDUI
Le macchine sono state progettate in conformità
alle norme di sicurezza descritte nelle normative
CE e CEI. L’utilizzo delle macchine in situazioni e
modalità diverse da quelle previste dal costruttore
può costituire rischi non prevedibili né
quantificabili.
In particolare è assolutamente vietato
all’utilizzatore manomettere dispositivi
di sicurezza,organi meccanici ed
elettrici, modificare la struttura interna
ed esterna delle macchine, allentare o
svitare bulloni e viti.
CHI CONTATTARE IN CASO DI GUASTO
Molti degli inconvenienti tecnici sono in buona parte
rimovibili con piccoli interventi; consigliamo pertanto,
prima di contattare il nostro servizio Assistenza, di
consultare la sezione del presente manuale
riguardante la risoluzione dei problemi.
Qualora il guasto o l’inconveniente non sia
superabile, il cliente si può rivolgere alla ditta
costruttrice.

2.6 RULES
The electric system is in conformity with the EN
60204-1 rules.
The machine has been realized in conformity with the
directive machines 89/392/CEE ( and with following
modifications 91/368/CEE 93/44/CEE 93/68/CEE).
2.7 SECURITY DEVICES
A blocking-door switch is placed on the door of the
electric panel not to permit to reach the power electric
circuits.
An emergency push-button with a red yellow-ring on
the superior part of the control panel is within easy
reach from the working position.
2.8 RESIDUAL RISKS
The machine has been projected according to the
safety rules which has been described in the
regulation ce and CEI.
The useof the machine in different situations and
modalities, from the ones which have been
foreseen by the manifacturer, can cause
unexpected and various riscks.
In particular it is absolutely forbidden
for the user to modify the devices and
the mechanical and electric parts or
the internal and external structure of
the machine, to screw or unscrew the
bolts and the screws.
2.9 CONTACTING IN CASE OF BREAKDOWN

GARANZIA
La compagnia AZ garantisce prodotti realizzati e
venduti senza difetti riguardanti il materiale e la
lavorazione per un periodo di 12 mesi dalla data della
spedizione, ad eccezione delle parti vendute come
sostituzione di parti già esistenti: queste infatti
saranno garantite per un periodo di 90 giorni dalla
data di installazione. In ogni caso, gli attrezzi usurati
e gli attrezzi taglienti non sono garantiti, e sono
venduti "come sono". Se durante l'ispezione AZ, le
parti in garanzia risultano essere difettose nei
materiali o nella lavorazione (durante il periodo di
garanzia), esse saranno riparate o sostituite dalla AZ
se il compratore provvederà a proprie spese a
rinviare il materiale alla AZ o là dove la compagnia
AZ lo richieda.
Tale riparazione o sostituzione sarà l'unico obbligo
della AZ e il rimedio esclusivo dell'acquirente durante
il periodo di garanzia.
Questa garanzia è al di sopra di ogni accordo orale o
scritto che possa esse fatto, promesse, avvisi o patti.
QUESTA GARANZIA E’ ESCLUSIVA E AL POSTO
DI ALTRE DICHIARAZIONI E GARANZIE,

2.11 WARRANTY
The AZ corporation warrants products manufactured
and sold by it to be free from defects material and
workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date
of shipment, except that parts sold for the repair or
replacement of existing equipment will only be
warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of
installation.
However, expendable tooling items and all cutting
tools are not warranted, and are sold "as is".
If, upon inspection by AZ, any warranted product shall
prove defective in materials or workmanship during
the warranty period, that product shall be repaired or
replaced at AZ option if the buyer, at its sole expense,
returns the products to AZ's factory or such other
place as AZ designates.
Such repair or replacement shall be AZ's sole
obligation and the buyer's exclusive remedy under this
warranty.
This warranty supersedes all pnor oral or written
agreements, statements, promises, advertising or
representations.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF
ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND AZ
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND
BEYOND THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE FACE
HEREOF.
AZ's liability in contract, in tort (negligence, strict
liability, or any other theory), under any warranty, or
under
any other legal or equitable theory of whatever type,
shall not exceed the purchase price paid by buyer,
and
under no circumstances shall AZ be liable for special,
indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
The amount of the purchase price of the equipment is
determined in part by the fact that buyer has agreed to
so limit seller's liability. No action arising out of any
transaction under this agreement may be brought by
purchaser more than one year after the cause of
action has accrued.

PIAZZAMENTO
La macchina deve essere piazzata su un
pavimento solido, spesso almeno 150 mm, che
non sia soggetto a deformazioni e vibrazioni.
Non è consigliabile che la macchina sia posta in
vicinanza di presse che creano nell’ambiente
circostante forti vibrazioni impulsive tali da
danneggiare l’accuratezza della lavorazione.
Deve inoltre essere riservato sufficiente spazio
attorno alla macchina per permettere le
necessarie ispezioni e regolazioni ed il corretto
movimento di tutti i componenti.
Prima di piazzare la macchina è necessario
installare opportuni spessori di livellamento
sotto ciascun bullone di appoggio.
RIMOZIONE DEI BLOCCAGGI
Alcuni particolari della macchina vengono
opportunamente bloccati con apposite staffe
( vedi figure) al fine di impedire il loro movimento
durante il trasporto.

3.6 POSITIONING
Locate the machine on a concrete floor or
foundation at least 6” (150 mm) thick.
It is not recommended that the machine be located
near machines like punch presses that create
heavy impulse type vibrations or else grinding
finish and accuracy will be impaired.
When positioning the machine adequate room
should be provided for table overtravel adjustment,
and service of all components.
Prior to placement levelling pads must be installed
under each levelling bolt.
3.7 FASTENERS REMOVING
Any machine parts are locking with special
components (see the figure), during the conveyance.

LIVELLAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA
Prima di iniziare le operazioni è opportuna una
lubrificazione dei filetti dei bulloni di livellamento
e una verifica del loro perfetto scorrimento.
Le regolazioni iniziali devono essere eseguite
partendo dai due bulloni posteriori posti sotto la
colonna e da quelli anteriori.
La regolazione definitiva coinvolge tutti i bulloni.
Al termine del processo di livellamento tutti i
bulloni dovrebbero avere lo stesso livello di
tensione.
Il livellamento trasversale e longitudinale della
macchina dovrebbe essere eseguito usando
una livella di precisione ( 0005/piede).
La livella deve essere posizionata sulla
superficie della tavola.
La tensione dei bulloni ed il livellamento
dovrebbero essere ricontrollati entro una
settimana dalla installazione e in seguito
periodicamente per compensare l’eventuale
assestamento del pavimento.
Collegamento dell’unità idraulica
1. Posizionare l’unità idraulica presso il lato
destro posteriore della macchina e collegare i
tubi secondo le la simbologia indicata sugli
stessi.
2. La pressione dell’olio è impostata a 30 ATM
(500 psi circa) e può essere regolata tramite
una valvola nelle fasi di accensione e di
regolazione iniziale della macchina.

3.8 LEVELLING
Prior to starting the levelling process lightly
lubricate the threads on the levelling bolts and
verify that the bolts all turn freely.
Initial adjustments should be done with the two
rear bolts under the column and the front levelling
bolts.
Final adjustments utilize all bolts. At the
completion of the process all bolts should have
equal tension.
Transverse and longitudinal leveling of the
machine should be done using a precision level
(0005/ ft accuracy).
The level is to be positioned on the machine base
way surface.
The bolt tension and levelling should be
rechecked within one week after the initial
installation and periodically thereafter to
compensate for settling of the machine
foundation.
3.9 Hydraulic Unit Connection
1. Place the hydraulic unit close to the right rear
side of the machine and connect the lines
according to markings provided.
2. The oil pressure is set at 30 ATM (approx. 500
psi) and may be adjusted by valve after power is
applied during initial startup and testing.

Aggiungere una miscela composta da acqua e
refrigeratore nella proporzione di 50/1 nella vasca
riempiendola fino ad 2” dal livello di max.

Add water/coolant mixture to the tank at a 50/1
ratio to a level approximately 2” from the top level
of the tank.
Replenish the fluid as required during machine
operation to keep coolant above the tank baffles.

Verificare che la rotazione dei motori avvenga
nel senso indicato dalle frecce.
PREPARAZIONE 3.13
Togliere accuratamente il grasso di protezione
con un solvente (gasolio) e uno straccio pulito,
facendo attenzione che le slitte e le superfici di
scorrimento siano pulite con cura.
Le slitte e le guide devono essere lubrificate con
un feltro imbevuto d’olio.
Controllare il livello di olio di lubrificazione
(vedere la parte relativa alla lubrificazione).

CONNECTION TO THE ELECTRIC LINE
CHECK FIRST THAT TENSION ON THE LINE
IS THE SAME OF THE MACHINE VOLTAGE,
THEN CONNECT IT.
Control the plate fixed on the machine.
WARNING !
To avoid accidents, take care of grounding.
A three protection valves switch must be
provided up-stream of plug.
Motors rotation must be in the same direction of
signals.
PREPARATION
Remove with normal solvents (gasoline) and clear
clothes, the coat of protection grease from the
easily rusting parts.
Take good care of the sliding surfaces; the
minimum dirt could compromise the high accuracy
of the machine.
Slides and guides must be lubricated with a felt
soaked with oil.
Control the lubricants levels and restore it if
necessary (for the lubrication see the relative
explanation).

PRIMO AVVIAMENTO E TEST
Test delle fasi elettriche
IMPORTANTE: procedere alle seguenti
operazioni senza aver la montato la mola
sulla rettificatrice.
Alimentare la macchina tramite l’interruttore di
alimentazione generale posto sullo sportello del
quadro elettrico.(Fig. 1)
Ruotare l’interruttore di blocco di emergenza sul
pannello di controllo per sbloccarlo. (Fig. 2 A)
Ruotare la chiave di abilitazione. (Fig. 2 C)
Chiudere le protezioni scorrevoli con aggancio
del relativo blocco di sicurezza.
N.B. Se le porte di protezione non sono
chiuse e sul blocco di sicurezza non è accesa
la spia verde, nessun pulsante di comando
sarà abilitato.
Premere i pulsanti di “START” della centralina
idraulica e controllare che la pressione del
manometro sulla centralina stessa sia di 30 Atm.
Se la pressione sul manometro non si muove,
significa che il motore sta girando in senso
contrario e quindi bisogna scollegarsi dalla rete
elettrica ed invertire due fili di alimentazione
principale sul quadro elettrico.
Le rotazioni dei vari motori non dovrebbero avere
problemi in quanto collaudati dalla ditta
costruttrice.

4.0 INITIAL STARTUP AND TESTING
4.1 Testing Electrical Phasing
IMPORTANT: Perform the following test
without a grinding wheel mounted on the
Crank grinder.
Feed the machine by the main electric power
switch placed on electric box door.
Turn the emergency interrupter on the control-
panel to release the machine ( fig. 2A ).
Turn the key of the switch ( fig. 2C ).
Close the safety sliding doors, hooking their
block.
CAUTION: whether the sliding doors
have not been closed and the green
warning light in the sliding doors
block is not on. None control
pushbutton is working.
Push the button “START” of the hydraulic unit
and check the level in the pressure-gauge
(necessary 30 ATM).
Whether the pressure in the gauge do not move
that means the motor is turning in the wrong
direction and therefore you have to disconnect
the machine plug and to invert the two cables of
the main feeding on the electric box.
The rotation of the motors should not have any
problem because the manufacturer tests them.

Tutti gli organi in movimento devono bloccarsi.
Ripristinare l’alimentazione, riavviare il sistema
idraulico e l’albero della mola.
Controllare tutte le altre funzioni per un corretto
funzionamento.
L’apertura delle porte scorrevoli è temporizzata
perché deve attendere l’arresto della rotazione
della mola. Dopo tale tempo si accende la spia
rossa sul blocco della serratura e le porte possono
essere aperte.

4.2 Testing Safety Interlock
While the machine is on, push the “EMERGENCY
STOP” button.
All machine organs moving have to stop.
To restore the feeding, turn on the hydraulic system
and the wheel shaft.
Check all functions for a correct working.
The doors opening has a timer because it must
wait for the grinding wheel rotation stop.
Af ter this time, the red warning light turn on, and
the sliding doors can be opened.

A questo punto si opera l’avvicinamento della mola
alla superficie da lavorare sempre usufruendo di
comandi manuali.
Si regola il potenziometro della velocità della tavola
(13),il potenziometro dell’incremento mola asse “ Z ”
(10) e l’incremento di passata asse “ Y “ (manopola
nera posta a sinistra della scatola avanzamenti fig.3
punto B) , quindi si può dare inizio al ciclo di
lavorazione .
Questi ultimi parametri possono essere variati anche
con macchina in funzione.
Qual’ora venisse fermata la macchina durante un
ciclo, al suo riavvio essa ripartirà da dove il ciclo è
stato interrotto. N.B. Fare attenzione che la
fermata temporanea del ciclo non sia provocata
nel momento in cui la tavola stia effettuando
l’inversione dell’asse Z o dell’asse X (pressione
dei finecorsa) in quanto con la ripresa del ciclo
la macchina potrebbe effettuare un doppio
incremento dell’asse interessato.
Qual’ora fosse necessario, a metà di un ciclo di
lavorazione, è possibile resettare la memoria dello
stesso per poi ripartire con nuove impostazioni; Per
effettuare questa manovra bisogna tenere premuto il
pulsante di avvio ciclo per un periodo di 3 sec. (il
pulsante effettuerà dei lampeggi che indicano che la
memoria è stata resettata.
Filtro magnetico del refrigerante
(Opzionale)
Questo filtro può essere installato nel serbatoio del
refrigerante in qualsiasi momento dall’utilizzatore.
Dopo l’installazione, tutto il liquido refrigerante
scorre nel filtro magnetico che trattiene tutte le parti
metalliche prodotte in fase di lavorazione.
Poiché questo dispositivo elimina le impurità del
liquido refrigerante in modo molto efficace, saranno
meno frequenti i ricambi del liquido e verrà
assicurato un livello di finitura più accurato del pezzo
rettificato.

After this you must approach the grinding wheel to

control push buttons.
Moreover, you have to set the potentiometer of the
table speed(13), the potentiometer of “Z” axle
increment (10) and the increment of the axle “Y”
(black hand wheel located to the left of the
movements box fig. 3. point B), than the machine
can begin the working cycle.
These last parameters can be changed also while
the machine is working.
In case the machine was stopped during the cycle,
when the machine is turned on again, it will began
from the point in which the cycle has been
interrupted. WARNING: whether the machine
stopped during the inversion of the axles
movement “Z” or “X” , it could happen (when it
resume the cycle) that the machine makes a
double increment.
Whether it was necessary, in the middle of a
working cycle, it is possible to cancel his memory
and to begin again with new setting pushing the
push-button n. 14 for 3 seconds (the push button
will flash indicating that the memory has been
cancelled).
5.3 Magnetic Coolant Filter (Optional)
This fill may be fitted to the coolant tank at anytime, it
does not have to be factory installed.
After installation, all coolant flows to the magnetic
cleaner which removes all iron and steel particles.
Since this option removes impurities in the coolant
more efficiently than the settling tank alone, it will
enable the coolant to be changed much less
frequently and will also help assure better journal
finish since no foreign particles will be introduced to
the grinding area.

Pompa di lubrificazione manuale 6.2
La pompa di lubrificazione manuale allocata sulla
parte frontale della base della macchina lubrifica la
slitta della testa porta mola e la vite annessa.
Questa pompa deve essere utilizzate due o tre volte
al giorno, in relazione all’uso della macchina è
riempita con (ESSO FEBIS K 32).

La pompa di lubrificazione automatica è collocata sul
retro della colonna della macchina lubrifica le guide
della tavola con un ciclo a tempo impostato
direttamente dal costruttore.
L’olio in eccesso ritorna sulla vaschetta della pompa
passando per un filtro di depurazione; Tale filtro va
sostituito in base alle ore di lavoro della macchina.
L’eventuale aggiunta d’olio deve essere del tipo
(ESSO FEBIS K 32).

Manual Lubrication Pump
The Manual Lubrication Pump placed in front of the
machine base lubricates the wheelhead slide and
leadscrew assembly.
This pump should be operated once or twice daily,
depending on usage and filled with (ESSO FEBIS
K32).
Automatic lubrication pump
The automatic lubrication pomp is place on the rear of
the machine column. It lubricates the Table guides of
the machine table with a time cycle set by the
machine manufacturer.
The surplus of oil returns to the oil pomp container
passing through a depuration filter; This filter have to
be replaced according to the number of the machine
working hours.

IMPORTANTE:
Nel caso che la tavola dovesse avanzare a sbalzi,
ossia con avanzamento non costante, questo
significa che all’interno del cilindro oleodinamico si
sono formate bolle d’aria.
Questo può succedere quando la macchina rimane
ferma per qualche tempo oppure l’olio nella
centralina sia più basso del livello minimo.
Per ovviare a tutto questo bisogna far funzionare il
pistone avanti e indietro in tutta la sua corsa ed alla
massima velocità (cioè portare i blocchetti di
finecorsa alle due estremità)
In questo modo l’aria sarà esclusa dal circuito
idraulico automaticamente.
Sistema di raffreddamento
Svuotare e pulire il sistema di raffreddamento come
richiesto dalla frequenza di utilizzo della macchina.
Un liquido refrigerante non pulito può compromettere
la finitura della rettifica in quanto può introdurre
particelle abrasive tra la mola ed il perno.
L’uso di un additivo adeguato garantisce le massime
prestazioni del refrigerante e protegge le superfici
della macchina da corrosione.
Il liquido refrigerante va usato con una percentuale
del 3% di olio e 97% di acqua.
Usare l’apposito olio consigliato (CASTROL
SYNTILO 81/E)
Non usare assolutamente olio emulsionabile da
taglio!

IMPORTANT:
In case of irregular movement of the table (movement
not steady of the table), means that there are bobbles
of air in the hydraulic cylinder.
That situation can happen when the machine remain
stand for a while or when the oil in the unit is lower
than the minimum level.
To solve this problem make functioning the piston
backward and forward using the maximum speed
(positioning the movement limit blocks to the two
extremities).
In that way the air will be automatically ejected from
the unit.
6.5 Coolant System
Drain and clean the coolant system as required by
operational time.
Extremely contaminated coolant will affect grinding
finish by introducing abrasive particles between the
wheel and the workpiece.
Use of recommended coolant additive will guarantee
the best performance from your coolant system and
protect the machine surfaces from corrosion.
The coolant additive have to be used in percentage of
3% of coolant additive and 97% of water.
We recommend to use the oil CASTROL SUNTILO
81/E

DESCRIZIONE
Le elettropompe CMV-15 sono destinate
all'alimentazione di impianti di lubrificazione
centralizzata funzionanti ad olio dotati di valvole
dosatrici DPT. Il gruppo pompa è costituito da un
elettromagnete che comanda, mediante l'attrazione
ciclica, una pompa a pistone posizionata all’interno
del serbatoio.
Nella parte superiore è alloggiata la scatola di
protezione al cui interno è applicata, nelle versioni
complete di timer, una scheda elettronica
programmabile che provvede alla temporizzazione
del tempo di pausa e del tempo di lavoro.
L'apparecchiatura è inoltre dotata di pulsante
manuale per lubrificazioni extra ciclo, led verde di
presenza tensione, Ied giallo di funzionamento e led
rosso di allarme mancanza olio con possibilità di
segnalazione esterna. Mediante i due selettori è
possibile programmare il tempo di pausa da 2.5 a
137.5 minuti e il tempo di lavoro da 2.5 a 37.5
secondi. Inoltre è possibile inserire o disinserire la
funzione di prelubrificazione che permette di
effettuare un ciclo completo ad ogni inserimento di
tensione. Il collegamento elettrico è effettuato
mediante due connettori (uno per l'alimentazione ed
uno per la segnalazione di mancanza di lubrificante)
a 3 poli IP-65.
Nelle versioni sprovviste di timer il segnale di
partenza e di arresto dovrà essere inviato dal quadro
di comando della macchina ponendo attenzione a
non superare i tempi di lavoro massimi prestabiliti (40
sec.). Tutte le elettropompe CMV-15 sono dotate di
livello elettrico, filtro di aspirazione e filtro di carico.
La scheda elettronica ed i collegamenti elettrici interni
ed esterni sono realizzati in osservanza alle vigenti
normative di sicurezza europee.

DESCRIPTION
The electric pumps of the CMV-15 series are supplied
for centralised lubrication system utilising oil with the
Single line Restrictor systems using the DPT series
meter units. The motor/pump assembly is composed
of a magnet controlled piston pump, the cyclic
attraction of the magnet having the same frequency
as the electric current, creates an alternating
movement of the piston to produce an output of 120
CC/Minute.
It is possible to provide this lubricator with timer or
without timer inside the protection box and the
electrical connection can be made by two 3 poles IP-
65 connectors (one for the power supply and the other
for the low level switch).
The timer' control the CMV-15 and has the possibility
to adjust the pause time (from 2.5 minutes to 137,5
minutes) and the working lime (from 2.5 seconds to
37,5 seconds), to select if is required or not the pre-
Lubrication function, to have intermediate lubrication
by mean of the push button, to monitor the lubricant
level in the reservoir and to have the remote alarm
signal
The system control for the CMV-15 without timer is
provided via the parent machine making attention that
the working time has not to be more than 40 seconds.

standard, filler cup, suction strainer, filling strainer and
a reservoir of semi-transparent plastic material with a
capacity of 1.2 or 2 litres.
