We refer to the above matter where we are the Solicitors acting on behalf of the Purchaser in
respect of the abovesaid Perfection of Memorandum of Transfer.

We have been made to understand that you have approved a housing loan for the aforesaid
Purchaser to complete the purchase of the said Property.

We hereby undertake to forward to you or your solicitors the followings:-

a) to refund the loan sum in the event the Memorandum of Transfer in favour of the Purchaser
is not registered for any reason whatsoever and thereby causing the non-registration of the
Charge in your favour;
b) to present the documents for registration at the relevant Land Office immediately and to
ensure that the Bank’s interest is protected at all times.
c) to forward the original document of title in respect of the Property free from encumbrances
together all other relevant documents related thereto (if any).

We refer to the above matter and e-mail dated 23rd August 2017.

We hereby to confirm with our undertaking as follows:-

A. The MOT has been duly executed by the Developer and the Purchaser;
B. The Purchaser has fully settled our legal fees and disbursements incurred for the matter;
and
C. The original individual/strata title for the above property is in our possession pending
adjudication of MOT.

Please find enclosed herewith our Letter of Undertaking dated 28th August 2017 addressed to the
Financier for your further action.

Kindly acknowledge receipt by signing and returning the duplicate copy of this letter to us as soon as
possible.
