Section 4.2.2 – Toolbox Talks The section only makes provisions for 5 toolbox talks, and 6
were completed in April.
The body of the Report states that 5 Toolbox Talks were conducted

but Appendix J suggests that 6 were conducted. Kindly update as
required.

Section 5.4.1 – Hazardous Waste This has been rectified.

The box asking if hazardous waste was removed is ticked, however

Appendix B suggests that no hazardous waste was removed during
April. Kindly verify and update as required.

Appendix C – Hazardous Waste Storage Inventory Log Hazardous waste has been removed off site after the April
reporting period. This will be included next month.

It is noted that Hazardous wastes are still being stored on site for
more than 6 months. However, please be reminded that as per
