TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Inclusion:

a. Training Certificate with 8 CPD units


b. Hotel Food and Beverage (Plated Lunch, AM/PM Snacks)
c. Overflowing Coffee
2. Attendance in the training is a must.
3. The training provider has the right to refuse participant if deemed necessary.
4. The training provider has the right to refuse late participants. Tardiness of more than 2
hours is not allowed. The participant has the option to attend the actual training but will
not be allowed to sign the attendance sheet. Therefore, late participants will not get a
certificate or earn CPD units for that specific training topic. Training time: 8am-5pm.
5. Substitution is not allowed. Only registered participants can attend the training. If the
participant cannot attend and sends in substitute, the substitute may be allowed to
attend the actual training, but substitute will not be allowed to sign the attendance
sheet. Therefore, registered participants will not get a certificate or earn CPD units for
that specific training topic. However, handouts and other training materials can still be
released to the substitute.
6. Transfer of training entitlement is not allowed if package is availed. However, it is allowed
if single/individual training is availed. For example, you paid for a 1-day training and you
cannot attend, you may transfer the training entitlement to another attendee.
Endorsement Letter with the signature of the original attendee must be presented on
the training venue or sent to our email. You may directly email our associate.
7. All training fees must be settled 1 week before the training schedule. Walk-ins are
allowed but do not have guaranteed slots. First come first served basis apply to walk-in
participants.
8. Training fees are subject to 12% VAT pursuant to BIR Regulations. Non-VAT companies
must submit required documents to be exempted.
9. Discounts apply to specific promo periods only.
10. Payments can only be settled through the following:

11. Clients must demand Official Receipt upon payment. For check payments, only
Acknowledgment Receipts are issued upon payment. Official Receipt are issued when
the payment is credited to the account (3-5 days).
12. Certifications will not be released if there are unsettled accounts.
13. Certification will not be given to absent or late participant.
14. Training certificates will be released after the training.
15. Modification or cancellation of confirmed attendance reservation must be done one (1)
week prior to the training date to avoid forfeiture of the payment.
16. Due to unforeseen events, training schedules may be cancelled or rescheduled by the
provider without prior notice.
17. Video recording of the entire training session is not allowed.
