Report of Sports Committee Selection held on 16.11.

2016

The selection for the Sports Committee was held on 16th November 2016 at Classroom No. 3
from 4.00 p.m to 4.30 p.m.

The following students had nominated themselves and appeared for the interview:

1. Tathagat Bharti
2. Shivam Sonkar
3. Rishabh Jain

The students were required to submit a Statement of Purpose prior to the interview, The
interview panel consisted of two members from the Student Bar Council, G.S.Sreenidhi, Vidit
Harsulkar; two members from the faculty, Prof. Raunak Bagade and Prof. Rohit Jadhav and 4
randomly selected students from both the batches, Apurva Gudewar, Karan Shelke, Sayali, and
Gopal Gaur. The students were marked on their SoPs, their response to situational questions
posed, their organisational experience along with leadership and management skills. Upon
conclusion of the interview, all the members of the panel submitted their scoresheets after
attesting them and the final scores were calculated according to their weightage as mentioned in
the procedure sent out by the SBC.

The SBC according to the new structure was given the liberty to nominate 5 members to be a
part of the Sports Committee and chose to Nominate members by the way of a selection
procedure. Though this is a 5-member committee, there were only 3 nominations.

Upon calculation of the marks the students who were selected were:
