Meetings:

DEAPPG meeting took place on Tuesday 6th July between 6pm and 7.30pm in room Q, Portcullis House.
Guests included: Jim Killock (Open Rights Group), Saskia Walzel (Consumer Focus Group) Alberto Nardelli
(tweetminster), Hadley Beeman (Consultant) Emma Shepherd (Lexington Communications), Howard Lamb (FACT),
William Bush (Premier League), David Fares (News Corp) Emily Cleevely (The Publishers Association).

Eric wrote to our guests to thank them for their useful contributions at a worthwhile meeting.

“for my own part I found tonight invaluable in learning where to ‘box’ some of the arguments around the DEAct.
There are interesting questions, it seems to me, around music and creativity, and also around how in many ways
social media doesn’t create a new dimension in terms of human behaviour”
