27/Nov/2013 Add CLI command to provide facility for the operator to BSR-MR-2734 Ranganatha
query list of BSRs that went out of service. It is an Swamy
enhancement to the existing Service Monitoring feature
Based on discussions with few key customers, it has been decided that there is a need to enhance service monitoring functionality
to address following two OAM limitations
• NO facility for operator to retrieve list of out-of-service BSRs from the gateway
• After raising "massBsrOutOfService" alarm (i.e after reaching threshold set for maximum number of out of service
alarms), gateway does not raise individual out of service alarm if BSRs go out of servic. There should be a way for
operator to determine service loss even after reaching this threshold condition.
To address these requirements, Gateway needs to log all the BSRs that went out of service so that operator can query them. This
can be achieved by writing details (BSR Ids) of out of service BSRs into a flat file upon receiving a request from the user.
