COMPANY PROFILE

Today, a new generation of pastry lovers are searching for shops which offers unique but
delicious pastries in the market. They are not much aware that pastry shops nor bakeries
which offers one of a kind products are not new to the streets of the Philippines. A lot of
entrepreneurs go into the bakery and pastry business because it’s cheaper and easier to put
up than restaurants. Awareness of high quality baked goods is on the rise.
ABMOV Company, established in the year 2016, is a young and aggressive partnership
company to enter the food business in this part of region. The owners’ love for sweets,
guided by their delicate taste, brought forth the creation of a profitable business. ABMOV
Company was planned and organized by five aspiring partners who wanted to make a profit
out of their passion for eating and fondness for cake and pastries. The partners, Aira May
Opanto, Mary Stefany Apaitan, Krenz Blanco, Grace Manzano, and Joy Anthonette Villamor,
are Accountancy graduates who dreamt of building and running a business together. They
wanted to offer quality, delicious, and unique products to pastry lovers who want
something scrumptious yet affordable.
At the start of the company, the partners contributed P200,000.00 each, which aggregated
to a total of 1,000,000.00 as their start-up capital. Each have a drawing limit of P 15, 000.00.
The partners share profits and losses equally and financial statements are prepared based
on the Calendar period. Cost of materials and logistics will be explained in the financial
analysis.
The company’s business bears “Peaches and Cream” as brand name. Peaches and Cream is
a services-restaurant type of business which offers a variety of goods. From flavorful cakes
and appetizing pastries to savory drinks like shakes, frappes, and coffees. Located in
Arzobispo St., Roxas City, the business was also established in 2016 and has already
garnered a lot of love from capizeños as well as people outside Capiz. Peaches and Cream
expects to catch the interest of a regular loyal customer base with its quirky and fun
company image, and unusual flavor cakes and other baked goods. The business aims to
dominate the market in Capiz due to the partners’ teamwork and business skills, knowledge
and techniques.

TARGET MARKET
The cake and pastry industry in the Philippines has experienced significant growths in recent
years. ABMOV Company wants to establish a large customer base of regulars. Our target
market are everyone who love to buy and eat pastries. Our focus are on the students whose
population is considered as the emerging consumer force of pastries and drinks like shakes
and frappe. Most of them are female students who are influenced in a city life social
culture. These population relied on their allowance from their parents and cared less about
money. In terms of consumer populace, they dominate the school canteens, coffee and
cake shops. Another segment are the professionals who likes to recharge their energy with
our sweets because of the workplace pressures. Discovering unique and tasty foods is a fad.
We have two segments of the market, the students and the professionals market. These
two segments represented the economic force which grew our business.

The partners are very active in managing the company. They are all involved in planning
and organizing the company as they are graduates of a business related course and are all
equipped with sufficient knowledge in running a business.

VISION
Within the next period, ABMOV Company will become known to be no.1 in service, to have
the best staff, and to serve the best pastry and coffee products.
We provide fresh modern cakes and beverages in a unique environment with friendly yet
un-intrusive service to a high volume of customers through effective teamwork and
communication.
We acknowledge our customer’s preferences and express our gratitude for spending their
time with Peaches and Cream.

To sell delicious and remarkable food and beverages to match our accessible location, to
consistently provide our customers with impeccable service by demonstrating warmth,
graciousness, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism and integrity to our work. To have
every customer who comes through our door feel at home and comfortable and make them
feel appreciated for allowing us to serve, and to leave satisfied.
To provide all who work with us the tools to be their best in a friendly, cooperative, and
rewarding environment. To keep our concept fresh, exciting and on the cutting edge of the
food industry.

OBJECTIVES
1. To achieve 30% Market Share on the total target students market in the 3 rd year of
operation. ABMOV aims to develop Peaches and Cream awareness by providing teasers
and posters announcing its availability and affordability among school canteens,
Facebook and through different approach.
2. To achieve 50% distribution rate on the total number of female dominated schools.
3. To penetrate the Bakeshops and Pastry Industry by the end of the year.
4. To introduce Peaches and Cream nationwide.

IV. Product and Services

ABMOV Company offers a broad range of Cakes, Pastries, Shakes, Frappes, and Coffee
products such as Peaches and Cream Puffs, Red Velvet Cake, Blueberry Cheesecakes, Macha
Tea, Peaches and Cream Frappe.
The Peaches and Cream Shop provides freshly baked goods at all times during business
operations. Six to Ten moderate batches of bakery and pastry products are prepared during
the day to assure fresh baked goods are always available. The ingredients are checked and
monitored daily to guarantee the safety of the customers.
