Power of attorney

We, fill in the name of the foreign-based company hereby authorize fill in the name of the managing
director or deputy managing director in his or her capacity as managing director to act on behalf of
fill in the name of the foreign-based company and accept process on behalf of fill in the name of the
foreign-based company, in all matters which relate to the operations in Sweden, and to speak and act
for the foreign-based company, personally or through another person.
