The most successful brands are actively collaborating to find new clients.
There is no ‘one best advertising medium.’ Your best affluent prospects are
scattered between media and numerous ecosystems. Worse, the cost of

1. Decorative furniture and interior products/services are losing share of the
luxury market to other categories.
2. Unless you’re a ‘top of mind’ category, your most critical issues are
awareness, point of view and distinction.
Outside of art for collectors, nothing related to the home is ‘top of mind.’
3. Marketing to the affluent is complex. Last year’s marketing strategies will fail
you in 2018 and beyond. It is essential to:
Become marketing driven
Create omnichannel strategies
Leverage the internet and technology
Define your brand narrative and sell it first
Continuously expand your brand awareness
Collaborate with kindred spirit brands; be ubiquitous
