Introduction
The history of lemon pie, is a cake formed by a base of sweet or semi-sweet
dough that carries a layer of lemon cream with cookies Marias is traditional
American and British cuisine, although it is known in many other places , and
it is consumed as a dessert or as part of the snack.
The choice of this process was because we both like this cake, in addition to
knowing that most people also. Since it is a dessert too delicious.
It is an easy process that anyone can do, even children can do supervised by an
adult. It is ideal to give on some important date as a birthday, people will be
completely satisfied and delighted with the rich cake.

Process description.

Lemon cake
Ingredients
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
½ liter of half cream
8 lemons
6 packages of maria´s cookies
Process.
All the lemons are squeezed, placing them in a container to separate the juice
from the seed. (sneaks)
2- Evaporated milk, half cream, condensed milk is placed in a blender
3- Add the lemon juice and liquefy until it is a thick consistency.
4- Once the mixture is made, a layer of the elaborated mixture is placed in a
refractory or extended container, then a layer of cookies is placed on top of it,
then on top of the biscuit layer another layer of mixture and so on until it is
complete the recipient.
5- You can decorate with peaches in amibar, nuts or something of your choice.

Strain the juice of the lemons very well so that no seeds will remain on the
cake.
Characteristics
It's a dessert that you make very easily and you do not need to be a pastry chef
to bring to the table a succulent dish that you'll always want to prepare again.
