Executive Summary

Practical work plays a very significant role in the field of management. In today’s
competitive world, efficient management plays a vital role, in achievement of the
organizational goals and there by leading to successfully achieve this efficiency, practical
knowledge is very important. Hence the main object of this project is to determine the
consumer awareness and perception towards Airtel landline in, Bagalkot

This market research study has been conducted to observe the awareness and perception
the customer. The research study has been conducted with the help of observation and
personal interview technique by the structured questionnaire.

The sample size 100, the respondents has been selected on the basis of random sampling
and market survey has been carried out with in the Bagalkot area.

Problem Statement:

“Problem is the basis for conducting any research. In this context


research problem identified is “To study the customer awareness and perception towards
the Airtel landline in Bagalkot”

Methodology:

The primary data was collected by means of survey. The information


was collected from 100 respondents in Bagalkot.

Secondary data was collected from books, Company Broachers and Internet Browsing.

DATA NETWORK & SERVICES

 Transmission- Transmission and transport networks are on optic fiber cables on

Suggestion
1. Distributor has to make aware of its customer through advertisement and

customers through that they heard good word of mouth, which may result

in getting new customers.

4. It should increase its promotional activities.
