HOW TO MAKE MOLEN

Ingredients :
1. 400 grams of wheat flour
2. 4 tbsp sugar, mashed
3. 2 tbsp margarine, melted
4. 1/3 teaspoon salt
5. 10 bananas mashed ripe
6. to taste water
Step
1. Peel banana kepok, cut so 2. set aside

sticky. the dough is not mushy yes. input into the refrigerator 15 minutes.
3. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, milled using a noodle mill, adjust
the skin thinness (I size 2)
4. Wrap the dough into the banana kepok. fry until golden. lift the drain. serve
