Modul How to use styles :

1. Please aktivate menu HOME


2. Blog text Bab I Pendahuluan and in the Home menu - select Styles and click Heading 1.
To set the text format, the color of the letters, large letters, etc. can be done by:
o Click More in menu Styles
o Click Apply Styles
o In the toolbar dialogue Apply Styles, Click Modify (look at the picture)

o Modify Styles dialog box appears, in this dialog box you can set the font type, large font,
font color. Or, more details you can set the Format menu which is still located on the
Modify Styles dialog box. In the format, some of the things that can be formatted is:
Font, Pragraph, Tabs, Border, Languange, Frame, Numbering, Shortcut Key (look at the
picture)

o Click Ok, if you finished


3. As for Bab II Pembahasan categorized as Heading 1, simply by click on Bab I
Pendahuluan and select Format Painter contained in Menu Home - Clipboard, then
click on the Bab II Pembahasan. Automatically Bab II Pembahasan categorized as
Heading 1
4. The next step is to format the section into heading 2 in the same manner with the
formatting for headings 1.
5. While the formatting sub-section 3 be heading the same way with the formatting for
headings 1 and 2.

Modul How to generate table of content automaticly:


If you've given a heading for each Bab I,Bab II,BabIII,and subbab, etc., the next step is :

1.Place the cursor at the earliest (above in Bab I Pendahuluan)


2. Select References on the menu ribbon
3. Move the cursor on the menu and then click the Table of Contents Table of Contents
4. Appears option Table of Content: Automatic Table 1, 2, and Manual Table. Please chose
between Automatic Automatic Table 1 and Table 2
5. Finish and will appear Contents, look at the picture

Note:
If the message appears: Table of Contents No table of contents entries found.
It shows that you do not already have a list of contents that can be appear,because you don’t give
Heading in Bab I Pendahuluan,Bab II Pembahasan and in the subbab.
1. What if the there is a change page? the solution is:
o Click on the area of contents that have been made,
o Table Update message will appear, click on the Table Update Update message box
appears Table of Content,
Please click on the circle Update page number only
o Ok, finished then automatically changes the page will appear
2. What if the the addition or subtraction chapter, section or subsubbab? the solution is to
choose Update entire table contained in the Table of Content Update, look at the
picture.

How to use caption for image :


1. Right-click on the image and then click Insert Caption.
Or on the References tab, Captions group, click Insert Caption. Look at the picture.

2. If the label you want to use does not exist, click the New Label button and name the new
label, for example, Gambar.
3. Click OK.
How to generate table of content table of figure :

1. Click on the page to put the list. Type the first title list and press Enter to give the
distance between the title and the contents of the list.
2. On the References tab, Captions group, click Insert Table of Figures. Look at the picture.

3. In the Table of Figures tab, General section, click the arrow on the label to select the
Caption label list to be created (pictures, tables, or equations). Look at the picture.

4. Click OK.
5. To update the list, right-click on the list and then click Update Field.
Choose:
o Update page numbers only - if there are changes to the page number.
o Update entire table - if there are changes to the format and additions to the list of
contents.
