WORK DESCRIPTION

1 Preparation Installation
1.1 Safety Induction
1.2 Cek Installation Material
1.3 Cek Tools and equipment
1.4 Preparation JSA & SOP
1.5 Survey Location & drawing layout
2 Work Installation
1 Installation Panel
2.1.1 Make bracket / Support Local Panel
2.1.2 Set bracket /support panel suit with drawing
2.1.3 Place to set panel on base
2.1.4 Make conduit and tubing connection on the panel to the all end device
2 Installation CPU-95
2.2.1 Make bracket / support EzRail & JB Modul
2.2.2 Assembly EzRail with primary lead cable ( Left & Right)
2.2.3 Installed EzRail on engine ( Left bank & Right Bank )
2.2.4 Installed JB EzRail and CPU-95 modul
2.2.5 Modify and installed disc hall effect on gear cam shaft
2.2.6 Make & modify bolt reset pin
2.2.7 Make hole and thread on flywheel for reset pin
2.2.8 Installed reset pin and magnetic pickup
2.2.9 Installed harness cable
3 Installation DET-1600
2.3.1 Make & modify bolt and nut for DET sensor
2.3.2 Installed DET sensor on each cylinder engine
2.3.3 Installed cable DET sensor
4 Installation Tubing Pressure
2.4.1 Measure the lenght as needed tubing pressure
2.4.2 Installed tubing each device on the panel
5 Installation Vibration transmitter
2.5.1 Make hole & thread on Compressor each cylinder,body engine ,cooler motor
2.5.2 Installed vibration to the position has been set
6 Installation Thermocouple temperature
2.6.1 Installed thermocouple on the device engine & compressor
7 Installation Level
2.7.1 Installed level switch on the scruber ,engine oil,compressor oil,jacket water cooler.
8 Terminating Cables
2.8.1 Terminating and connect cables all device to terminal block in Altronic panel
3 Function Test
3.1 Cek all wiring and all end device
3.2 End Device test and safety shutdown test
3.3 Exacta21 Sequence test
4 Commisioning
4.1 Commissioning and run test unit without load.
4.2 Commissioning and run test unit with load
