Oral communication with customers, colleagues, associates, supervisors, employees, and others.
The message must be adapted to the audience. Seek out information such as size of the group, age
range, interests, goals, occupations etc.
Select main theme or core ideas. Then gather additional information in support of main ideas.
Three rehearsals are recommended. If you rehearse too much, the statements sound memorized.
The longer the presentation, the higher is the risk of losing the attention of the audience.
