INTRODUCTION

? The computerized project is developed for institute of Shree coching clas

ess . This institute has been established in 2005.
? The application is to help the management of records of candidates and t
heir admission process And it report total seat allocation, vacancies and amount
of draft received for institute of Shree Coching classes .
? This institute covers various computers courses with various faculty mem
bers.
? The batches are formed according to courses and the students.

System Study & Analysis
Currently, this institute has no any system. They do their all database work man
ually using that register. They have number of register in which they stores of
information about particular field.
The purpose of student admission they have basic tasks: Student details, Course
details, Fees management
? The admission are taken in manual form and stored in registers with out
report generation system.
? Fees structure is maintained in ledgers by course offered.
? Course details are stand in registers.
? Staff report maintain in plain paper.
? In this they are also maintain that particular student related to which
Staff (Technical or non-technical).
# Attendance Details:
a. In this they maintain the present and absent records of students in the
total working days of the month
b. On his basis of attendance detail, all staff gets their salary.
? For the above purpose they maintain the following register:¬~
? Students-Info:-In this they record all resemble information About the st

? Staff-Info:-It includes all information about staff
? Salary-record:-in this register they include hemonthly salary record of
different staff.

Proposed system
Features of Proposed System:-
? It overcomes the limitation of present system. The data that is currentl
y stored in registers and stored in a backend database. Which it gives it struct
ured & relation format.
? The system will contain the advance billing pattern which will contain M
aximum retail price, quantity, scheme, packing, tax, batch no, Expire date, rate
, Amount. There will be automatic updating of stock as the sale is entered.
? Only the part of data is opened that is required. The person handling th
e data entry will not have the right to view all the other details thus ensuring
 security features.
? User_Id and password is required to use the system
Advantages of Proposed System:-
? Complete information.
? All information of the sale product, present item, if any product has be
en finished could be known easily.
? Search for any entity and record is very case & efficient.
? Maintains of database become very ease. Any information of the item can
be add and delete completely from the system.

? The project of computers is important that gives the way to overcome the d
ifficulties in the management of candidates, application records and the various
data information processes.
? The main advantage of using computer system is that the process of data
feed and its related operations can be done easily and quickly and it will take
very less time than the paper work.
? As the data is stored in the system there is no chances of data loosing
and misplacing.

For example -> admission form, receipt, Equipment

detail, PC Maintenance etc.
CONCLUSION
To overcome the limitation, this system is implemented. This system takes care o
f limitation mentioned in present system.
The fundamental goal of a proposed system is to enable the efficient
Management of database by computerizing the store. In proposed system the softwa
re does all the work. It helps in making all the transaction such as placing ord
ers keeping, stock records and bill information.
In case of allotment and vouchers, once designed using reports,
Only the printout is needed to be taken as when required.

LIMITATION OF PROPOSED SYSTEM

. The system cannot be used in network environment.
