19018/1815/2011-A(G) dated 26/02/2013, was conveyed
without consulting the competent authority in the Ministry, which
is the cadre controlling authority for Central Secretariat Service.

3. In view of the above, I shall be grateful if you could

ensure that one post of Under Secretary which stood reduced
from the sanctioned strength of 10 Grade-I (Under Secretary)
on the basis of communication from an incompetent authority,
is restored back to the Ministry of MSME.
