1. OBJECTIVE
To ensure that food and/or beverage items encoded in one table are authorized and properly
split into desired number of guest receipts.
2. SCOPE
This procedure applies to all food and/or beverage orders encoded in one table and subject to
splitting into several guest receipts.

4. POLICIES
4.1 The guests may require the splitting of their bill. The procedure must be performed by the
Food Attendant, the Waiter, or the Captain Waiter upon the authorization of the Outlet
Manager.
4.2 In the absence of the Outlet Manager, the Assistant Outlet Manager shall be the only
person to authorize the splitting of guest bill into desired numbers.
