As a part of managing property properly


and to provide total asset management
with integrated system, in 2011 Provices
Parking was established.

Within 4 years we had successfully


managed several parking area in Jakarta
and Bandung.

In terms of operating system, there are 3


system that can be applied those are:

-Manual Konvensional
-Manual System
-Man less System

There are 3 types of agreement between


parking operator and the property
management or property owner, those
concepts are :

2. Guarantee Fee (Leasing)

3. Service Fee/Profesional Fee
